Positive Signs in Economy

A report from the Commerce Department showed consumer spending rebounded 0.6 per cent in January, the largest increase since May (and that's the month after the holidays)! The index of national factory activity from the Institute for Supply Management increased from 35.6 in January to 35.8 in February.
